AFCO owns three air cargo facilities located in the North Airfield Cargo Center Complex at 2330 and 2345 S. 156th Street, and 16215 Air Cargo Road, Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, WA.
The Airport can be approached via a limited-access freeway which provides a direct link to Interstate I-5 and State Highway 518 to the north and east. There is a major grade separated interchange at 170th Street to allow access to Air Cargo Road, the main access to the North Cargo Area.
Cargo Buildings 1 and 2 in the North Airfield Cargo Center Complex total 104,000 square feet with 193,000 square feet of apron. The $7,500,000 project was acquired by an AFCO investor partnership in 1995. The acquisition was financed by a commercial mortgage loan with an insurance company.
