AFCO Secures Development Rights in Providence, Rhode Island

AFCO has secured development rights with the Rhode Island Airport Commission (RIAC) to develop cargo and other support facilities at T.F. Green State Airport (PVD). Under the arrangement, AFCO has the ability to finance, design, contract and manage the development.
