AFCO financed the renovation of an existing building at Rickenbacker Airport in Columbus, Ohio in 1994 with internal capital and subleased the 28,000 square-foot building to Snow Aviation International as a headquarters and engineering building.

In January 2005 AFCO entered into a ground lease with the Columbus Regional Airport Authority to lease and manage Hangar 594 at Rickenbacker International Airport. The 15-year ground lease includes three 5-year options. AFCO is renovating the 29,000-square-foot facility, which had been unoccupied. On January 1, 2005 Snow signed a 15-year sub-lease with AFCO to occupy the entire building. The Snow lease also includes three 5-year options. Snow is using the hangar as a maintenance, repair and overhaul facility for the modification of Hercules C-130 aircraft.

Hangar 596, totaling 28,500 square feet, is also available for immediate lease.

In addition, AFCO is working with Snow on the development of a hangar to accommodate prototypes of a number of re-engineered aircraft. It is anticipated that AFCO will eventually develop manufacturing facilities at Rickenbacker and other locations for Snow.

Build-to-suit or renovation-to-suit of existing building available.
