AFCO is an owner in three cargo buildings at 2963, 2967 and 3015 North Airfield Drive in the East Cargo Area, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, TX. Cargo Buildings 1, 2 and 3 are comprised of a 22,000 square-foot vehicle maintenance facility and two cargo buildings totaling 151,000 square feet, with an aircraft apron of 848,000 square feet. This $8,300,000 project was acquired by an AFCO investor partnership in 1995 and financed with a commercial mortgage loan through an insurance company. It was refinanced with a long-term self-amortizing conduit loan in 1997.

The Airport is intersected by six major highways and is directly accessible via U.S. Highway 183 on the south and Texas State Highway 114 and Interstate I-635 on the north.
