In 2005 AFCO entered into a 15-year ground lease with the City of Dayton to provide leasing and management services for three existing cargo facilities totalling approximately 42,850 square feet.

The Airport is located in the City of Vandalia, Ohio, approximately eight miles north of the City of Dayton. Primary highway access is provided via the Airport Access Road between I-70 and the airport property with an intersection at US Route 40 (National Road).
