| AFCO is an owner of Building E and owns and operates Cargo Buildings A, B, C and F on Air Cargo Drive in the North Cargo Complex, Baltimore-Washington International Airport, MD. In February 1999 an AFCO investor LLC was awarded a contract to purchase, operate and maintain three existing cargo buildings totaling 144,000 square feet and to develop, own, operate and maintain a new 60,000 square-foot building with 115,000 square feet of apron in the Midfield Cargo Complex, expandable to 358,000 and 808,000 square feet, respectively. Financing of the acquisition was accomplished with $14,715,000 in special transportation facility revenue bonds and equity.
Access to the North Cargo Complex is excellent via Interstate 95 (I-95) to I-195 east to Aviation Boulevard North then east on Air Cargo Drive.

Construction of Cargo Building G was completed in 2001. Financing of Building G was completed with $7,000,000 in floating-rate, tax-exempt financing.
Cargo Building G is located on Mathison Way in the Midfield Cargo Complex, Baltimore-Washington International Airport, Maryland. Access to the Midfield Cargo Complex is excellent via Interstate 95 (I-95) to I-195 east to Aviation Boulevard (MD Rt. 170) south then east on Mathison Way.
