AFCO operates a GSE maintenance facility and two cargo buildings at 3200 and 3400 Spirit of Texas Drive, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Texas. AFCO acquired three one-year old buildings in May 2000: two warehouse buildings totaling 57,000 square feet expandable by 20,000 square feet, and a ground service maintenance facility of 7,200 square feet. There is also land available to construct a 30,000 square foot building. The facilities are financed with special transportation facility revenue bonds, taxable special facility revenue bonds, and equity totaling $11,300,000.
The Airport is located on State Highway 71 near US 183 southeast of Austin.
