AFCO has acquired an existing air cargo facility at the Hangar One Air Cargo Complex at Los Angeles International Airport from Avia Development Group - LAX. The Los Angeles facility includes 115,000 square feet of office and warehouse and 184,000 square feet of apron, truck area and parking space. An investor partnership, organized by AFCO, will own the leasehold with AFCO providing the management. Avia will retain a minority interest. AFCO is also negotiating to acquire a facility at Kansas City International Airport from the venturers, where AFCO is developing an apron to enhance the existing building and support future construction.
