On March 30, 2005 AFCO purchased a hangar at George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH), Houston, Texas from Pennzoil-Quaker State Oil Company. Trajen Flight Support, L.P., an existing fixed-based operator (FBO) at IAH, will occupy and operate the hangar facility for the entire 15-year term of the ground lease. The hangar facility totals approximately 36,000 square feet plus office space of 7,625 square feet.

AFCO is continuing discussions with Trajen to acquire and develop FBO facilities at other airports throughout the United States.
